By downloading, installing, or using the KG Scholar application ("App"), you (the parent or guardian) agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the child using the App. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
KG Scholar is designed for children under the guidance of a parent or guardian. By allowing your child to use the App, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these Terms on your child's behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
All content within the App — including illustrations, characters, lesson content, audio, and design — is owned by KG Scholar and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
Some content within KG Scholar may be available through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and policies. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee regarding specific educational outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KG Scholar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
